還記得那位爆火的女老師史璠嗎？

近日，史璠老師結(jié)婚啦！并配有超強伴娘團(tuán)！她不僅是湖北大學(xué)的任課教師，也是榮獲多項世界冠軍的健身健美選手。

Shi Fan, a popular teacher at Hubei University got married recently, with her champion bridesmaids taking center stage. Besides being a fitness lecturer, Shi is a world champion and a prominent figure in the fitness world.

1月14日，史璠在個人社交平臺上曬出結(jié)婚照和結(jié)婚視頻，并配文：擁有三個冠軍的最強伴娘團(tuán)。視頻來源：抖音@冠軍小史在婚禮現(xiàn)場，史璠與伴娘們一起大秀肌肉。姐妹團(tuán)5人中3個是世界冠軍，平時都喜歡曬身材。網(wǎng)友們紛紛評論：“伴娘團(tuán)太酷啦！”作為健身健美選手，2024年，她參加各級別比賽共奪得17枚金牌，不僅在亞洲錦標(biāo)賽上歷史性地斬獲比基尼、模特兩個項目的全場冠軍，更在立陶宛舉行的2024年世界健身模特錦標(biāo)賽上獲得B組冠軍和全場冠軍，這是中國健身模特首次獲得女子項目全場冠軍。

Shi Fan, a fitness and bodybuilding athlete, achieved outstanding success in 2024, winning 17 gold medals. She made history by claiming overall championship in the Bikini and Model categories at the 2024 Asian Championships, and securing both the championship in Group B and the overall championship at the 2024 World Fit Model Championship held in Lithuania — the first Chinese woman to achieve this honor.

接過證書、套上獎牌、戴好王冠，當(dāng)國歌響徹立陶宛賽場時，史璠才意識到，自己為中國斬獲了世界健身模特錦標(biāo)賽的全場冠軍?！皣桧懫鸬哪且豢?，我第一次體會到了喜極而泣的感受。”

When the Chinese national anthem echoed through the arena in Lithuania, Shi realized she had won the championship. "The moment the anthem played, I cried tears of joy for the first time," she said.

據(jù)悉，2019年史璠在研究生畢業(yè)后，憑借優(yōu)異的成績，順利入職湖北大學(xué)體育學(xué)院。

據(jù)學(xué)校介紹，這并不是史璠第一次獲獎。2018年，她加入國家隊先后在多項國家級健身錦標(biāo)賽榮獲冠軍。2023年亞洲錦標(biāo)賽中一舉奪冠。2023年世界錦標(biāo)賽中取得第四名的成績。作為湖北大學(xué)健身健美方向任課教師，她開設(shè)的公選課“健身健美運動”成為“手慢無”的課程。在她指導(dǎo)下，一些原本推空桿都費勁的學(xué)生逐步成長為能參加校內(nèi)健身大賽的選手。

As a lecturer at Hubei University, her elective course "Fitness and Bodybuilding" is in high demand and hard to get into. Under her guidance, some students who initially struggled even with basic exercises have gradually grown into participants capable of competing in the campus fitness competition.

在日常教學(xué)中，史璠主要負(fù)責(zé)《增肌減脂與塑形訓(xùn)練》、《動態(tài)拉伸與抗阻訓(xùn)練》等課程的講解?。除此之外，她也會結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷去指導(dǎo)健身健美方向的學(xué)生參加比賽。

近兩年，湖北大學(xué)曾多次發(fā)文介紹，學(xué)校里“手慢秒無”的課程里，史璠的課程頻頻入選。

史璠曾介紹，在大學(xué)里，不少學(xué)生都很喜歡、很想了解健身健美運動項目。自己的公選課基本上每學(xué)期都爆滿，學(xué)校的健身房訓(xùn)練氛圍也非常好！

“我經(jīng)常對學(xué)生說一句話，選擇健身健美，可能是你們在成人之后離運動等級最近的一次......只要有學(xué)生想通過健身健美改變自己人生、改變自己命運的，我將會不辜負(fù)每一份責(zé)任，不怠慢每一份熱情?！?/span>

"I will always support those students who strive to change their lives through fitness and bodybuilding," she said.
